Join us as we celebrate innovation, creativity, and real-world impact driven by young leaders.
Requirements for Submission
For the SAGE USA National Competition, teams will submit a recorded presentation designed to emulate an in-person experience. Slides are encouraged but not required, and teams should follow these guidelines:
Written Annual Report:
- Limited to four (4) printed pages (8 ½ x 11)
- Sample Annual Report Shown Here.
Time Limit:
- Presentations must not exceed 13 minutes.
- A clear indication of the 9-minute mark (e.g., an on-screen timer or verbal cue) is encouraged to simulate the one-minute warning typically provided in live presentations.
Content:
- Teams should present their business, including key operations, impact, and achievements.
- Audio-visual elements such as slides, videos, or graphics can be incorporated but are optional.
- Judging Rubric Shown Here.
Product Demonstration:
While product demonstrations are allowed, it is important to note that at the SAGE World Cup, judges are not permitted to touch or inspect products or materials other than annual reports showcased by teams.
To align with this standard, it is not recommended to rely on physical products or additional materials as a core part of your presentation. Instead, focus on clearly and effectively communicating the key aspects of your business through your oral delivery and any optional audio-visual elements such as slides or graphics.
