2025 SAGE World Cup Registration

Key Information for All Attendees

Thank you for your patience as we finalize logistics for the SAGE World Cup 2025. We’re excited to welcome teams from around the world to Tbilisi, Georgia for an unforgettable experience. Please review the details below and complete the required forms to secure your spot.

Please note: Competing in the SAGE World Cup is exclusive to the top two businesses that competed in SAGE National competitions. In order to compete at the SAGE World Cup you must have prior approval from your countries national coordinator. Teenagers, observers, and potential judges outside of these criteria are welcome to register as unofficial delegates.

Event Details:

  • Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

  • Venue: National University of Georgia (SEU)

  • Hotel: Hotel Ibis Tbilisi Center

  • Arrival Date: September 11th (includes a welcome reception)

  • Event Dates: September 12–14th

  • Departure: Morning of September 15th

  • Transportation: Attendees arrange airport-to-hotel transport. Recommendations will be shared after registration.

Delegate Fees

Official Delegates: $365 USD per person

Includes 4 nights hotel, most meals, ground transport, and event access.
Per team (max):

  • 6 competitors

  • 1 National Coordinator

  • 1 Supervising Adult

  • 2 Accredited Judges
    (1 team = 10 delegates max; 2 teams = 18 delegates max)

Unofficial Delegates: $1,500 USD per person

Includes same accommodations and access.

Note: All attendees must register. This ensures safety and planning accuracy.

 

Competition Requirements

  • Judging Criteria: Review carefully. These reflect SAGE’s values: innovation, impact, teamwork, and professionalism.

  • Printed Materials:

    • At least 30 copies of your Annual Report

    • Printed Special Competition entries (SDG and Stand together one page write ups)

SAGE is committed to a safe and welcoming event. Here's what we do every year:

  • On-site global and local staff support

  • Hotel and venue security

  • Emergency contacts reviewed at check-in

  • Gender- and team-based room assignments

  • Monitored daily schedules

  • Coordinated transport between hotel and venue
