Ways to Give

We encourage your corporation or foundation to make a financial contribution to SAGE. Your contribution can be used to:

  • Sponsor or co-sponsor a tournament
  • Make SAGE startup grants to high school teams
  • Sponsor a special competition
  • Defray operating costs
  • Provide SAGE scholarships for high school students or their university mentors

Individuals can also contribute by joining the SAGE Circle of $1,000. Funds contributed to the SAGE Circle are used to defray the costs the 2009 SAGE USA tournament.

As mentioned above, one way to support SAGE is to sponsor a Special Competition. For example, in California, we will award prize money for the following optional Special Competitions:

  • Best New Commercial Entrepreneurship Venture
  • Best Continuing Commercial Entrepreneurship Venture
  • Best New Social Entrepreneurship Venture
  • Best Continuing Social Entrepreneurship Venture
  • Best Global Component/Venture
  • Best Civic Engagement Activity
  • Best Environmental Venture or Activity
  • Best SAGE Web Site
